Now a days, Mental Health Problem is a biggest problem in world. Many students, young people and adults facing this issue, actually we can it is very common problem in them. As per WHO (World Health Organization) Five out of one is suffering from Mental Health Problem. In 2014, about one out of Five American adults experienced a Mental Health issue. One out of Ten young people experienced a period of major depression. One in Twenty-Five Americans Lived with a Serious Mental illness, such as Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder or major Depression. Suicide is the 10th Leading cause of Death in the United States.
As we recently saw a Suicide of Mr.Sushant Singh Rajput. He is one of the finest actors in Bollywood. He had reportedly suffering from Depression for about Six months.

What is Mental Health?
‘Mental Health is the level of psychological well being or an absence of mental illness. It is the state of someone who is functioning at a satisfactory level of emotional level of emotional and behavioral adjustment.’
It simply means Mental Health includes our emotional, psychological and social Well Being. It affects how we Feel, Think and Act. It also helps determine how to handle stress, relate to others and make choices. Mental Health is important at every stage of life from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
